Hi, I’m Rani. I’m 25 and I have worked in the Sales team here for 1.5 years. My role is to tell new clients about us and our offering, and I worked closely with Tara on organising her very first prototypes at the very beginning of ELLE NAGE. I really love working in our team, the people are a lot of fun and we have a very comfortable working environment. What I love in particular about my job is that I am given the flexibility to make the role my own.

Outside of work, I love singing, playing the guitar and travelling as much as I can. My favourite food is Indonesian food of course! I am a very determined person and I am very committed to the things I want to achieve in life.

Hi, my name is Terry and I am 22 years old. I started working in the fashion industry when I was 17. I love working in fashion as there are many self-development and growth opportunities. My role is to organise the sample production process for each client. I helped Tara with the organizational side of getting her first ever samples made, and developed these alongside Ranov to get them perfect before moving to the production stage.

I really enjoy working here, everyone is so friendly! Communication is one of our greatest strengths, as we are kept in the loop of what is going on within the company at all times. Outside of work I enjoy digital drawing, photography, eating spicy food and speaking my four languages.

Hi, my name is Ranov and I am 30 years old. It is my role to bring our clients’ very first samples to life from the designs and technical drawings that they give us. I physically make the samples and ensure they are created with the highest possible quality. I am a clothing Technician, so it is my job to say what will and won’t work from a technical perspective.

It is my passion to work with clients like Tara to create new fashion designs and I get a great sense of satisfaction when I realise exactly what the client wants. I really enjoy working here, we have great working conditions and the people are really fun. I just love my work, especially when I am being challenged.

Hi! I’m Aulia and I am 25 years old. I am so happy to be working in sustainable fashion. I want more people to know that it’s possible to grow sustainable fashion, and that we should choose slow fashion over fast fashion.

I am responsible for taking the finalised samples of each client and moving them into the production stages. I order all the elements for the final samples, such as trims and labels, and quality check all elements, such as print quality, colour, and sewing. Finally, I am responsible for the safe shipment of the products. I love working here and am surrounded by the most amazing, humble and supportive people. All of us strive to help each customer from the heart, and seeing more and more customers wanting to be part of sustainable fashion is just an absolute honour! Our company offers us great facilities and services to ensure we are happy and comfortable in the workplace.

Outside of work I am a freediving instructor and I love to go surfing once in a while. I have a love of the ocean and am thinking about studying to be a Marine Biologist in the future.
