Sustainability
Sustainability is about preserving the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
From start to finish and back again, the full cycle of our products must cause as little harm as possible. We are always looking to learn and improve our practice as we strive towards being as sustainable as possible.
REGENERATED
FABRICS
Our high-performance recycled fabric ECONYL, is made from materials that have been transformed from plastic waste, such as fishing nets, plastic bottles and old carpets. These materials are broken down to their raw materials and made into a high quality fibre, with double the lifespan of normal swim fabric and added protection from harmful UV rays, rough surfaces and chlorine chemicals.
ECONYL regenerated nylon has the same quality and performance as brand new nylon and can be recycled infinite times, forming a closed loop. As well as being a solution for waste, ECONYL reduces the global warming impact of nylon by 90%, compared with the manufacturing of virgin nylon from oil.
78% ECONYL, 22% ELASTANE.
