Exchange policy

Please note we do not put hygiene liners on our products as they are reversible - please therefore try on your swimwear with lightweight underwear underneath.

Please note that exchanges for a different style or size are subject to stock availability. As we are a start-up, we only have small production orders and therefore have limited stock available.

Items that wish to be exchanged must be received in the original condition - unmarked and unwashed, with hang tags attached and in the original packaging. ELLE NAGE has full discretion on whether the items are returned in the original condition.

Please email us with your exchange request, order number and item that you wish to exchange at tara@ellenage.com within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation and we will inform you of stock availability. 

ELLE NAGE is not responsible for the shipping costs of your exchange items, and any customs costs for European or International orders will also be borne by the customer. All items will be the sender’s responsibility until they arrive back with us. We recommend that you return the items using a tracked service to avoid any loss or damage to the items. ELLE NAGE will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the items in transit. 

The original items must be received within 7 days of the exchange approval. We cannot send out any replacements until the original has been received.
